1. Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
2. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

7. Restricted areas are for invited members only. Any content within the restricted forums may not be used outside of that forum without the express permission of the author (assumed ungiven unless stated otherwise). If any member is found to be removing information from any restricted forum and sharing with members who are not a member of that forum their access will be removed immediately.
We want to make it known that PerthRiders.com accepts all opinions as their authors own and that will not be disrespected. We encourage members to share their views and want them to bring up any point of interest they feel requires discussion.
Please make note that continual slagging of people and generally being not very friendly can involve in a warning, and possible denial of access to this board. If you have an issue with someone, take it up with them in private.
